  • The ice production capacity of small commercial flake ice machine ranges from 0.3T/24H to 5T/24H
  • The parts used in the refrigeration unit are all from the United States, Germany, Japan, and other countries with leading refrigeration technology
  • The control system adopts fully automatic microcomputer control, through PLC programmable controller to start and stop the ice machine automatically, so that the mechanical operation system of the ice bucket and the water supply circulation system is coordinated and matched to achieve safe and efficient operation.
  • The entire ice-making process of the ice maker is equipped with computer intelligent control such as water shortage, full ice, high and low voltage alarm, phase sequence protection, overload protection, and so on. When the unit fails, the PLC automatically shuts down for protection and displays the status of the fault indicator on the input point. When the fault recovers, the PLC receives the information and automatically starts the unit, realizing fully automatic control.
Remarks:
  • The standard cooling method is air cooling. Water cooling can be made upon request.
  • Standard working conditions: ambient temperature 25°C, water supply temperature 15°C, evaporation temperature -22°C, condensation temperature 40°C
