  • The parts used in the refrigeration unit of the medium-sized industrial flake ice machine are all from the United States, Germany, Japan, and other countries with leading refrigeration technology
  • Adopt a spiral high-efficiency evaporator and high-power configuration. The cooling effect is high and the loss of cooling capacity is small. The flake ice machine is equipped with a complete fault protection device (high and low pressure, water level, full ice, overload, phase sequence), which further enhances the safety and stability of the ice machine. When making ice, power off directly to stop ice-making.
  • The internal structure of the evaporator is simple, and the components are highly versatile, so the operation is reliable. Convenient maintenance and easy maintenance.
    Carbon steel and stainless steel can be selected according to the requirements of use; integral type, split type.
  • The evaporator is made of a seamless tube, annealed, and CNC finishing to ensure that the evaporator cylinder has high precision and will not be deformed for a long time;
    The whole series is equipped with a saltwater pump to ensure the long service life of the ice blade bearing and the crisp ice flakes;
  • The whole machine has been debugged and shipped out of the factory. It only needs to connect water and electricity to start the ice making, automatic start, and stop, all-round protection, unattended;
  • All fault protections of the equipment are clearly displayed, and the PLC programmable controller is stable and intelligent, which can easily solve faults and protect;
  • The equipment is equipped with accessories such as a long ice shovel, water inlet hose, salt water bucket, and ice truck, sturdy solid wood packaging, and delivery to your door.
