How your concrete is cooled can make a world of difference to the quality of your finished product and has a significant bearing on the end result.
In order to solve the problems of concrete mixing quality and large-volume cracks caused by temperature rise during concrete pouring, Hiceay specially designed and developed a concrete cooling and ice-making system.
This supporting system is suitable for major nuclear power plants, water conservancy and hydropower projects, transportation construction and other occasions to ensure the pouring quality of large-area concrete.
Hiceay automatic ice storage is available in containers and combined types. The range of ice making storage is 20Tons to 200Tons.
The steel structure adopts detachable design, which is easy to install on site and convenient to move and transport.
Concrete Cooling
A bad mix is the leading cause of concrete cracking. Concrete pouring cooling is a process where you pour concrete and allow it to harden enough before you run another line. It’s a way of strategically spacing out larger pours and creates a more level, seamless building.
The ice raking system is installed in the container, and the whole set of equipment is assembled and debugged before delivery.
